Quick and easy process. Looked at vehicle with Mr Reak 3 days prior and decided the truck was a good buy. Tom and Jayson were very honest with their assessment of my mother's trade-in and credit situation, didn't waste our time. The only thing I didn't like was having to buy a 4 year warranty on a 3 year old v my mother's trade-in and credit situation, didn't waste our time. The only thing I didn't like was having to buy a 4 year warranty on a 3 year old vehicle--a jeep should be a dependable enough vehicle that the basic warranty should've covered repairs for the next few years or so. I don't think the warranty information was presented in an upfront and honest way, I absolutely HATE when the cost is presented as part of the monthly payment instead of total cost stated as a sum. Seeing the final cost of both warranties on one of the last papers we signed definitely soured the experience, especially when Steve couldn't even tell us if there was an authorized repair/maintenance facility within a reasonable distance of our home.
