I booked an appointment online late in the evening with a generic "We'll reach out in the morning" response. Got the email to schedule a good time to come in. The online rep set me up with Sam Defrance and h generic "We'll reach out in the morning" response. Got the email to schedule a good time to come in. The online rep set me up with Sam Defrance and he was stellar. Sam was thoughtful in listening to me, did not push or sway towards a different vehicle than what I was most interested in. When I waivered on my purchase and the vehicle was no longer available, Sam reached out the moment an identical one was being shipped to the dealership. I was able to put a hold on the vehicle and as soon as it arrived I had the opportunity to drive it and make sure it met my needs. Docs were all handled on the back end so my appointment to buy was about as quick as they could make it. Sam was great with following up to ensure I understood all of the new technology and had no further questions. I highly recommend asking for Sam if you pop into the Faricy Boys Jeep dealership. Let me say first that I have purchased 5 jeeps from Faricy Boys over the years, (bought two at the same time once). And for the most part, my wife and I have been satisfied with the process, but recen Faricy Boys over the years, (bought two at the same time once). And for the most part, my wife and I have been satisfied with the process, but recently we received a letter from Faricy Boys saying I may have enough equity in my car to get into another and possibly lower my payments. Great. Called and talked with their "internet coordinator" (Izzy) to discuss options. Told Izzy, I was looking for a manual transmission and Izzy told me "For manual transmissions, there is only one in the State of Colorado that's been scheduled, and it has not been built yet." (have the email). Izzy went on to ask if I wanted to order one since that way I could get my choice (4 - 6 months). Well long story short, I went to the Jeep website and found 8 manual transmission Gladiators in Colorado; 3 in transit and 4 on site. Don't like being mislead. Went to Castle Rock and bought the manual gladiator on site there. I really hate that Faricy Boys has resorted to this. I know, there are a lot of happy comments, but wanted to let you know about mine. Hope it was a one of. More

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this dealership. My husband and I have purchased a lot of vehicles and worked with a lot of dealerships and very rarely do you find one that just g this dealership. I have always wanted a Wrangler and we decided to visit The Faricy Boys. We were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome from Sam who listened to our wants and needs. He allowed us the opportunity to test drive several different options before we chose the one that best fit our needs and wants. He stayed well after the dealership closed to make sure that we were taken care of through the entire process. He even went above and beyond to make sure I would be comfortable driving a manual transmission. He is by far the best salesperson we have purchased a car from. The dealership offered us a more than fair price on our trade and we felt like we got an incredible deal on our Jeep even in this crazy market. Our experience in finance was equally enjoyable and easy. Jamie also stayed with us long after the dealership closed. He made the process straightforward and easy. He clearly explained the financing terms and listened to our needs as far as warranty and extras went. He came up with the perfect package of extras for us and at a price we were comfortable with. When we were done he took the time to show us the service center and where to bring our car when the time comes. We never felt rushed or like we were putting them out even though it was a late night for them. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars but since I can’t I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen. My husband and I know where we will be buying any future Jeeps from for now on. More
