At no time did I feel like it was an inconvenience. At the time of the sale (which is when it counts) it was a quick and fair process. I used True Car through USAA. When I took delivery of the Jeep he took the time to go through everything but not be overwhelming. Since the sale I have asked him questions and he has been most helpful. I would recommend him and the dealership. The only thing I wish would happen is within 30 days of sale you received a 20% discount through the parts department as I would like to accessorize my new Grand Cherokee. We had purchased our third Jeep, a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 back in 2008. It was our first experience with the “Boys”, a great experience and the start of a wonderful relationship. Fast forward to May 2018, the Memorial Holiday weekend, our family leased two (2) different Jeeps and traded-in one vehicle. The trade-in deal progressed as expected; actually it was much better, how about “GREAT”! Moving on to our first vehicle lease, start to finish the whole experience with the Wrangler was perfect! Kerri Hill is just too Awesome, she is “Top Notch” representing the Brand, the Dealership and self. She is straight forward and honest, a true professional and very knowledgeable of the JEEP brand.
