Great experience buying a new car. I'm 51 and have bought many cars from many dealers, but this was the best experience I've ever had. There was no pressure from my sales person (Ker I'm 51 and have bought many cars from many dealers, but this was the best experience I've ever had. There was no pressure from my sales person (Kerri - she was awesome) and they let me shop and ask questions without the whole "what do I have to do to get you into this car today". Then we finally decided to order the car, and they were able to purchase it for invoice plus the $495 dealer fee. The trade in price for my other car was the same price that CarMax offered (and that we found on blue book). It was a really great experience, and I couldn't believe the difference of my past experiences. More
