I asked them 4 questions. I don't think they even read them. Response I got was roughly "car is available. How can I help you? Please call xxx-xxxx". You can help me by answering the 4 specific questions I asked, duh. I replied to their email restating my 4 questions, and did not receive a response. Only way they could have done less is to not respond in the first place. I am looking for a rare car and will likely have to travel to get it. I certainly would not risk traveling to these slackers, thus I couldn't trust their cars to get me home on a road trip. Don't worry about the quality of customer service, none will be offered to begin with. How hard is it to read and write an email? This review took 5 min and is 100x more effort than they put in. Dani started off with being very friendly on the phone when I called him from about 60 miles away.
