Fannin Automotive Family of Dealerships

This makes the second vehicle I have purchased from Fannin Automotive Family. My first was a 2007 Toyota Camry, purchased brand new. I looked at other Toyota dealerships but Fannins gave me the best de Fannin Automotive Family. My first was a 2007 Toyota Camry, purchased brand new. I looked at other Toyota dealerships but Fannins gave me the best deal. I paid off the Camry and decided it was time to move up. So I purchased a 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Team Edition. My salesmen was James Fitzgerald. James is a great salesman and guy. He worked with me on my trade in and getting a great price on the FJ. When ever I'm at the dealership he remembers me and comes over and asks how everything's going. James really cares about the customers and I'm glad he was my salesman. I recommend Fannins, they have the best prices on vehicles. I will keep my FJ for ever but if I ever need another vehicle I know where to go. More

I had a great experience with Matt Bates and Larry Zimmerman .(Internet Sales) Matt was the main point of contact. Chris the Finance Manager was especially helpful. There is in my opinion a tire balance or front end alignment issue with the Solara Convertible I purchased and don't you know the on day I drive from Cincinnati to Fannin the service department is closed for inventory purposes. Chris stepped up and agreed that we should not have to drive this extreme distance to have the tire balance and alignment checked out. he agreed that that could be done here is Cincinnati and I could forward the receipt to Fannin to be reimbursed. What great customer service!!!!! I am so impressed that I will drop Fannin's name with my friends here in Cincinnati. More

My experience with Fannin Motors was great! I was looking for a new car for my daughter. After visiting another dealership earlier in the day and being completely disappointed with the service we received, w for a new car for my daughter. We were immediately greeted by our salesman Chris Rudmann. He was so nice, helpful and friendly. He listened to what we had in mind, and sold us the perfect car. We were always treated with the up-most respect, customer service was great, and the staff was very friendly. I feel she got a great car for a great price and would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. They definitely made my daughter one happy girl, she loves her new Elantra, and I am proud to say we are now a part of the Fannin family! Thank you!! More

The hybred tech said they did not have a replacement so early the next day they went after one and had me back on the ro starting battery went dead.
