I want to preface this review by saying I had originally left a 5 star review when I purchased a 2024 Atlas in March 2024. I loved the dealership at the time, and Gavin (our sales guy) was great. However, m left a 5 star review when I purchased a 2024 Atlas in March 2024. I loved the dealership at the time, and Gavin (our sales guy) was great. However, my Atlas is clearly a lemon which we have demonstrated time and time again, as it’s been in the shop multiple times since it was purchased for various issues- the infotainment system had glitches and would crash (twice for this), and engine cover issue, the well-known braking issue, an oil leak, and most concerningly, twice for electrical issues, including my passenger side door popping open spontaneously while I’m driving at high rates of speed. The dealership has lied multiple times since it has been at the shop for the door opening, including telling us that there was a German engineer coming to look at it on Monday, March 10, which has never happened. The general manager Raad even came to us in person at the dealership and told us that he had found out the engineer would be there Monday, which clearly did not happen. Today, we were told that the engineer would not come unless they could replicate the door opening spontaneously. Clearly, what Raad stated was untruthful. He has been giving us the run around and avoiding us now. My car has been in the shop a month with no resolution in sight. Raad offered to pay off the car but refused to honor the fact that we had traded in a fully paid off car for the death trap of an Atlas that we purchased. We simply asked to be reimbursed for the paid off car so that we could purchase something else, which seems totally reasonable as we should not have to be car shopping less than a year later for a car with less than 17,000 miles on it. I would never recommend someone use this dealership now that we have been treated this way. In addition, during many discussions with multiple VW employees at the dealership and in their service department, they have revealed that their personal VWs have a multitude of issues as well. The dealership has provided me with a loaner car, which is greatly appreciated. However, the loaner is another Atlas and it has issues as well- blinkers spontaneously turning on and off, infotainment crashes, and of course the horrible brakes. An Atlas is supposed to be a boring mom-mobile… nothing boring about one of your children perhaps falling out due to a faulty door opening at a high rate of speed due to the dealership’s and corporation’s negligence. Moms, if you’d like to keep your kids safe, skip this dealership and go buy yourself something else instead. More

We just purchased a 2024 Atlas from Family VW and the entire experience has been fantastic from start to finish. I went for my 40K Factory Service Maintenance, and it was done in an hour or so. The service advisor, Myriam, was very kind and took care of everything, as requested. It was the first time I went to this dea done in an hour or so. The service advisor, Myriam, was very kind and took care of everything, as requested. It was the first time I went to this dealership for service. The waiting area is cozy and modern style. I did not see too much going on for treats, snacks and pastries for the customer or a movie theater. There was only one TV, a coffee machine, free water and drinks for purchase. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. More
