I brought my F350 diesel in for some routine maintenance, but the tech found a serious leak in the oil cooler. My service rep, Greg, was able to get me a loaner vehicle and worked to quickly obtain the nec but the tech found a serious leak in the oil cooler. Several other problems were identified and repaired in the same time period. The tech came in on Saturday morning to finish the repair and get the truck back to me with minimal down time. More

Bought a 2012 F350 that sat 400 days ,..been in 8 times for Exhaust Fluid Fault. Each and every time Steve tries to BS his way out of it cause they cannot fix it. So far it's in Lemon law suit ....Steve tries to play big shot till I call him out on things he says that don't hold water. All the clowns at the service desk do their best to act like it's their first day on the job. Mike M, the GM runs a good commercial on the radio ,but, delivers the opposite attitude after the sale! More
