I brought my F350 diesel in for some routine maintenance, but the tech found a serious leak in the oil cooler. My service rep, Greg, was able to get me a loaner vehicle and worked to quickly obtain the nec but the tech found a serious leak in the oil cooler. Bought a 2012 F350 that sat 400 days ,..been in 8 times for Exhaust Fluid Fault. Each and every time Steve tries to BS his way out of it cause they cannot fix it.
