the service dept was friendly, informative and efficient. I brought my car in for an oil change. The service person informed me I was overdue for a coolant change. He went out and checked the vehicle while it was on the lift to see how it looked. I appreciated this care and concern very much. It told me he was still interested even though I was not shopping for another vehicle. This makes me want to recommend this dealership. More

Outstanding customer service for certified pre owned! I bought a certified pre owned vehicle at Family Ford in December. There was a minor issue after I had the car for a few months and I thought I would I bought a certified pre owned vehicle at Family Ford in December. There was a minor issue after I had the car for a few months and I thought I would be charged to fix it. The Sales Manager was notified of the issue and he waived the fee for the repair. I was also provided a courtesy shuttle ride back to work and was picked up again when my vehicle was ready. This saved me time away from work and was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service experience. More

Lug nut problems My only complaint is I faithfully have my car serviced every 5000 miles at family ford, which includes rotating the tires. Last year I had to purchase My only complaint is I faithfully have my car serviced every 5000 miles at family ford, which includes rotating the tires. Last year I had to purchase 3 new lug nuts at $8.00 each due to the galv. coating on the nuts cracking. This service period I was advised that I should get all 20 lug nuts replaced due to the same problem. Financially I cannot afford an additional $200.00 for new lug nuts every service period. Was told that I may have a problem should I get a flat tire and lug nuts cannot be removed because of this problem. Because of this add"l cost, I told service rep. to put the old lug nuts back on. Being a long time Ford owner I do not think that I should be responsible for a defect in Ford's design. Would appreciate a reply regarding this situation. More

Ken, does a great job - I would recommend for a pay raise. Ken is the guy I see when I come for service. Explains everything out as what was done. Your lucky to have a employee that goes up an above the rest Ken is the guy I see when I come for service. Explains everything out as what was done.
