Very helpful service department. We have two Ford cars that we bought from Family Ford. We have had both serviced by Family Ford as long as we have owned them. Once, while headed out to vacation, we got a nail in a tire about ten miles north of Enfield. We were able to drive to Family Ford to have the tire repaired. While they were doing that, which took about an hour, they loaned us a car, didn't mind that we had our dog with us, and we were able to go have coffee rather than wait in the waiting room. I think this is typical of how Family Ford goes the extra mile to take care of their customers. More

Ken is always on top of the Ford Owners Advantage, and gives me deals when they are available (Like sending a form in for a rebate etc). Ken is very good at describing a problem so the tech's can fix it (I had a problem with the radio that required that I cycle power to get it to come on). I described the problem and Ken made sure it was fixed. I rate the service of this dealership very highly. AAA+++ More

When I got there I was taken care immediately by Ken. I was given a diagnostic reason for my issue and told that they had to order the part and wouldn't be in until the next day. I told them I had a very important appointment I needed to be at the next day and did they think the car would be done in time. Ken said he would let the mechanic know. The following day I got a call letting me know the car was serviced.... They met the timeline, I was pleasantly surprised. I was shuttled by Dan, who was prompt and personable. The professionalism and understanding of my needs went over and beyond what I expected! A huge thank you to everyone including the mechanic who worked on it! More
