I had received notification for a recall notice as well as follow up from this dealership directly. They were Very friendly and accomodating. My service need was promptly addressed at a drop in visit with a very qualified technician who diagnosed the issue very quickly and the necessary parts were located in stock at the Dealership and promptly in with a very qualified technician who diagnosed the issue very quickly and the necessary parts were located in stock at the Dealership and promptly installed, tested and completed by the technician in minimal time. The resent repair was great. I was not too pleased with he preveous visit. The tech could not find the problem, so a "recalibration " was done on the PCM?? The hundred and twenty or thirty dollars it cost he preveous visit. The tech could not find the problem, so a "recalibration " was done on the PCM?? The hundred and twenty or thirty dollars it cost seemed high for a guess at a problem, other than that, I think the service department does a good job.
