I needed warranttee work done for a leaking seal. They told me it would take about 1 hour. I called for service on my 2012 fusion, oil change , new wipers and 10000 mile maint. check. Ken got me right in. I had mentioned that I needed an oil change on my ranger when Ken called me that my car was wipers and 10000 mile maint. check. Ken got me right in.
