I am very pleased with the car to date but I wanted remote start and a trailer harness installed (since there was none with the hitch). Having that work done could not have been done in a much smoother manner. They did have and issue with programming the remote , which happens from time to time, but they let me keep the "courtesy" loaner for the duration of the time it took. Their service people a second to none and the ease of dropping off and picking up couldn't be any better. Tip-of-the-hat to Falmouth Toyota. More
