Today (10/5/11) I visited Falmouth Toyota for perhaps the 6th time over the past four years or so. I am 45 years old, and I have no friends or relatives who work at this dealership. Nevertheless, in my opinon, Falmouth Toyota is the most amazing business I have ever encountered in any category. I hear many commercials on local radio, wherein the owner of Falmouth Toyota, Matt Murphy, touts his dealership's focus on customer. Many other busiesses pay for similar commercials. Falmouth Toyota, however, is among perhaps .000001% of business which publically commit to customer satisfaction that actually delivers. And it delivers to a degree which makes me pinch myself to make sure that I'm not in a make-believe world of some kind. I have numerous specific examples of outstanding customer service, and personal interaction with the Falmouth Toyota staff, particularly in service, that would fill several pages. All of it can be summmed up, however, by repeating that this is the most pleasurable and customer care oriented business I have ever encountered in my life. Bravo to Falmouth Toyota, and I hope that you all keep up the GREAT work. You are a true gem on Cape Cod, and a valued member of the Cape Cod Community. Oh, and thank you!!! More

Specifically, I have been working with Jared Neves, he is a knowledgable, kind, accomodating, individual who takes the time to talk with me about my car. More so, I trust what he is telling me when it comes to my vehicle. The records kept at Falmouth Toyota are impeccable, it is one less thing I need to think about when I call up for an appointment. Being in the customer service industry myself, I know how challenging it can be to work with the public at times. This isn't just good customer service, this kind of service is rare in today's society. I drove it up to make an appointment, Tony listened to my complaint, rolled up his white sleeves, got under the car, fiddled with something and told me I was all set. He charged me nothing and completely solved the problem! The service department has always been very helpful and efficient and willing to advise me toward other ways to get a job done, when I couldn't afford the Toyota parts. Everyone I know really likes this dealership. More

Falmouth Toyota has the best service department I have ever used. They are friendly, accomodating, reasonably priced, will actually tell you if what you wanted isn't really necessary (I asked for 4 new t ever used.
