Above and beyond Taylor and the rest of the service department went above and beyond to help me out of a sticky situation, when most other dealerships would have said Taylor and the rest of the service department went above and beyond to help me out of a sticky situation, when most other dealerships would have said "tough luck." They've proven time and time again why I bought my Trunda from them and why I will continue to use Falmouth Toyota for years to come. More

Between working with Ron and the great deal Toyota was running in June, we traded our beloved 2003 Sienna XLT for the 2014 Limited Sienna! We weren't even looking for a new car and just spent money on new breaks! Ron is very knowledgeable and friendly and truly understood the needs of a 2-children family. He was helpful during the sale and helpful after the sale. I really like this dealership - my family has been buying cars from them for over 10 years now. The is friendly and knowledgeable. Matt, the owner, even called my house to personally thank me for our purchase. That's customer service! More

My Prius C's mirror got clipped in a drive-by while I was sitting in it parked--under 1800 miles so of course I want it to be good as new and I was majorly impressed at how the insurance adjuster and the was sitting in it parked--under 1800 miles so of course I want it to be good as new and I was majorly impressed at how the insurance adjuster and the service manager conspired to get me the new mirror at the same cost I'll be reimbursed by the insurance company. Importantly, while I was there getting it done there was resolution to one after another of other people's service. Like clockwork that place and that's a good thing because I am (for good reason) a very skeptical consumer when it comes to cars so if they have enough work I rest easier that they won't be pokin' around doing what isn't needed on my beloved gas sipping Prius C. I';m in my sixties and I was called "a girl' which is a bit odd -- something about gender culture at that place but we don't need to review THAT ... we just want our cars taken care of well. BTW -- price for the work was LESS than estimate; Tony calls himself a "dealmaker" and he worked it out. I applaud that. More
The good reviews are NOT accurate. I have brought a couple of different Camry's to be serviced there over the years. The first time Tony Martino quted me $1,200 for a minor repair on an exhaust flext couple of different Camry's to be serviced there over the years. The first time Tony Martino quted me $1,200 for a minor repair on an exhaust flext pipe. I had it repaired elsewhere for $200 and the repair lasted for 200,000 miles. I gave them another chance a few years later on my new Camry. Brought it in to had the rear interior light fixed, and a couple of loose screws under the dash replaced. When I got it home I noticed NOTHING had been fixed. (it was under warranty) When I brought it back, old man Murphy (the owner)accused me of lying. This place is the WORST dealership on the Cape, and should be avoided at all costs. More
I brought my 2002 Tundra in for scheduled servicing to find that David had held a truck that met the criteria that I had reviewed with him months before when discussing whether to buy new or put money int find that David had held a truck that met the criteria that I had reviewed with him months before when discussing whether to buy new or put money into the Tundra and wait until I found what I wanted. Because I live on an island nearby and travel is an issue (especially this time of year) the checked staff scrambled to complete the sale within 24 hours. In addition, I later decided to purchase the Tundra back from the dealer to give as a bonus to an employee. The dealership offered a sales price at the trade-in value, Jesse (not noted above) kept me informed on the progress of the servicing, and again, because I was hoping to complete the processing of the sale during a twenty-four hour period that I needed to be off-island, the staff rose to the challenge of completing the paperwork at short notice, and saw to it that I was able to return to the island with the vehicle. Outstanding service from all under testing circumstances where it would have been easier to tell me I would have to wait for the usual processing lag time. And kudos to the dealership as a whole for their courtesy, the high value they place on customer satisfaction, their particular extra effort when accommodating the needs of us island dwellers, and the obvious pride they have in their reputation and product. A nod, in particular, to Tony Martino, with whom my wife and I have dealt for decades, and the rest of the service staff. More
