Very pleased with our service experience We previously gave Falmouth Toyota a 5 star rating when we purchased my wife's Corolla 2 years ago. We now want to add our 5 star rating for the serv We previously gave Falmouth Toyota a 5 star rating when we purchased my wife's Corolla 2 years ago. We now want to add our 5 star rating for the service dept. as well. We took advantage of the free scheduled maintenance through the first 25K miles and just had the 30k service done. I had researched on the internet and found many complaints about the amount different dealers across the country charged for this service so I emailed Falmouth Toyota in advance to request a quote. I received a prompt response from Taylor Voner and the amount quoted was close to the the lowest I had seen anywhere. We scheduled the service and even with the major structural changes happening at the dealership they handled everything just as smoothly as our previous visits. Checked in by Jesse (if there's a more genuinely pleasant person alive we'd like to meet them), we had a coffee (and maybe one cookie..:):)) and walked around the lot for some exercise. We barely sat back down and were told we were good to go. The car was taken in at the appointed time and the service was performed in the time estimate we were given. They also accommodated our request for the state inspection we asked for that morning. We have been more than pleased with our experience with the service dept. not to mention quite impressed with the efficiency with which this super busy operation functions (even while dealing with the current expansion). We are happy to give them a well deserved 5 star rating. More

My history with this dealership began in 1992 to purchase my first brand new car, a Tercel. I was so very pleased with both the product and the service that I have decided that they are now my go-to place for purchasing and service. I am always well treated and so is my car. My recent Corolla had over 220,000 miles on it and could have kept going with their good help but I felt ready for another new car and selected a 2014 Corolla. I have full faith in their ability to keep this car on the road for another 220,000 if I wish to drive it for that long again. I have no hesitation in recommending Falmouth Toyota. More

I have dealt with 4 other Toyota dealers and by far they are the best. They have never tired to over sell me and are very honest. I watch how they have treated other customers and they are all treated the same way. I have had four different Toyota's serviced there. I have also purchased a new vehicle there and it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Brian. I deal with Jarred, Les and Taylor in service. They are all very knowledgeable. The new building when finished will give them much more needed space. More
