Not anymore: newly renovated, a simple drive in, met at the door by a service advisor, whisked through check in, a very nicely appointed waiting room with refreshments and wide screen TV. I said great and went off to work.. well Taylor called at 9:30 informing me that my truck was ready.very impressive seeing how busy the new service department was that morning. thanks to all the hard working people at Falmouth Toyota...
