Last minute service need I had a problem with tire pressure on my Prius, on a Friday, and called in to the service group and they were able to accommodate me that afternoon. I pulled in and the tire was fixed within a half hour. The new service bays are great and very convenient. Taylor is always helpful and courteous and so glad that he was able to fit me in so resolve my tire issue in a prompt and cost effective way. More

excellent in all departments I called right around lunch time on Saturday with a problem with my truck. I spoke with Taylor and he told me if I could wait a few minutes while the I called right around lunch time on Saturday with a problem with my truck. I spoke with Taylor and he told me if I could wait a few minutes while the men were at lunch then to bring my truck right in and they would take a look at it. I went to the dealership at 12:30 and they had my truck fixed within an hour. I didn't even have an appointment and they fixed my problems immediately. I will always stay with Falmouth Toyota. Excited to use Falmouth Toyota now I just relocated to Falmouth and had to get 4 new tires on my Prius. They actually had me purchase my tires when there was a special deal (buy 3 and get 1 free). Then the day I left my car, I barley made it back to work when they called and said it was ready. This was hours ahead of schedule! And the man who picked me up was kind and professional. We are excited to be working with Falmouth Toyota now. We used to be at Westbough Toyota for 30 years and LOVE them as well but guess we are in VERY good hands now too. I bought it at Premier Toyota of Newport, RI. Since then switching to new management, my experience there was a little less than desirable. But knowing that Falmouth is here to service my needs. I will continue to use there services now and for the future. It's funny, they even comp'd me because of my unfortunate long wait. This team is on point, and know there cars. They are customer oriented and willing to listen and help solve problems, and try their best to make things right. They have not, at least in my case, suggested unnecessary service, which inspires confidence. The new service facility is excellently planned, The covered drive in drop off for service is wonderful. Only recommendation I can make for the future is to figure out a way to make the waiting area less noisy. Sounds are sharp and carry. Perhaps sound absorbing ceiling tiles and carpeting would make a world of difference. More

It's a 'breeze' to come to Falmouth Toyota I bought a car from Falmouth Toyota in March and just had my first free maintenance experience.
