I am a single mom of three, and although I had an appointment scheduled for Dec 30, I I usually don't write reviews. However... I have to gush. I am a single mom of three, and although I had an appointment scheduled for Dec 30, I stopped by Falmouth Toyota last Saturday WITHOUT an appointment to see if maybe there was space for my overdue 30,000 mile checkup. When the service manager told me he could fit me in, I FELT LIKE I HIT THE LOTTERY! The manager gave me a ride to the golf course up the road so I could have lunch, and afterward I waited (napped) in the comfortable waiting room for about an hour. Because of their flexibility, I saved a valuable school vacation day with my kids. I am so grateful. I would call the Falmouth Toyota Service Center FAMILY FRIENDLY. Highly recommended. More

The weather will never bother you because you drive in to a well lit multi car bay to give your car to the service attendant. Then you have an inside desk to discuss your car's needs with the well informed professional service employees. The new waiting area has comfortable tables and chairs, easy chairs around the large screen TV, and a well stocked coffee bar. Nice Job, guys. More

I bought my first Toyota here and it's been all Toyota ever since. But the brand is only part of the deal. The dealership is the other and in my experience this makes the difference. I've always been treated well and with respect. The service department is not only helpful but skilled. The sales department has always been most courteous and patient with me.
