Quick, Friendly and Comfortable I recently brought my Corolla to Falmouth Toyota for service on an airbag recall. The staff was courteous, efficient and very pleasant. The newly renovated dealership is extremely nice and I was quite comfortable while I waited for my car. I actually found myself wishing that they had taken a bit longer so I could finish the magazine article I had started before returning to work. When my Corolla needs to be replaced, I'll definitely be going to Falmouth Toyota but they probably won't see me soon as my 2006 Corolla has "only" 80,000 miles and a lot of life left. Great dealership and great brand! More

Exceptional experience Falmouth toyota was great! I went for an oil change and had to being my 6 month old with me. Everyone there was so kind and caring to me and my baby. Falmouth toyota was great! The process of pulling into the garage where they took over was great. We didn't have to go outside in the cold at all. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More

These guys treat you like family which is part of the reason why I drive all the way from Franklin, MA for service. Where should I start my review. In my last couple of visits I can share the following: Townsend Wells provided impeccable service from start to finish on the repairs to my Tundra. Jodi Martino dropped what she was doing to ensure that I was not waiting an extra minute for a rental car. Jared Neves squeezed me in on a busy weekend morning without an appointment on the books in a way that didn't make me feel like I was imposing. Taylor Voner with his considerable knowledge of my vehicle convinced me not to delay a very long overdue timing belt replacement in such a way that it was money well spent. Les Pike was extremely courteous and prompt in relaying messages to my service assistants when they were unavailable. Jesse Szumita went out of his was to refer me to a third party for some additional work that they felt could handle the repairs just as well and for considerably less money then if they were to replace the system new. It would not be right to mention the above folks without complimenting two of their managers Bob Andrews and Matt Murphy. Bob is an all around great guy that helps the rest of team really feel confident in what they are doing and represent. As for Matt Murphy you cannot say enough about a guy that goes out of his way every day to help ensure that this family business makes every customer feel like they want to both buy and service their vehicles with Falmouth Toyota. My sincerest thanks to all of you guys and the entire team at Falmouth Toyota! More

When I moved here from Calif. 15 years ago, I had a bad experien Just bought my 2nd Toyoto from Falmouth Toyoto, because of their excellent service.. When I moved here from Calif. 15 years ago, I had a bad experience with another dealership here in MA.. Then my dog trainer recommended Falmouth Toyoto. I purchased a new 2004 Sienna which took me and my lab across country twice with nary a problem! However - with over 200,000 mile (and so many memories) I had to say good by. And, the salesman and service department even understood how hard it was for me to give it up. Now I have a used Toyoto Rava 4 which they say will be just as good to me and I will like just as much. So fat they are correct. I've never been led astray by this service department and have always left knowing they were right - even when I did not want to hear it!!.. I am a 75 year old grama who was a manager of a service department (not cars) in California, so I think I am qualified to know excellent service. This is itI More
