The new waiting facilities lend themselves to customers' many different needs being met- general waiting room with television, quiet room with WI-FI, even a children's area for play, and of course, food. I've been dealing with car dealerships for 35 years and can't remember anything close, and this is not a luxury line. The only thing that has changed since the recent remodel is that it is just punched up another notch. The new customer service and waiting area are superb, from the inside vehicle reception area to the various waiting areas (imagine, a separate room designated quiet). It is top shelf. The service advisors are all knowledgeable and patient, explaining the details of the service, what it will cost and follow-up if necessary during the service. I have been using them since I first bought my first Prius in 2007, which was used and bought privately. I ultimately upgraded to a new 2012 purchased here and the buying experience was equally good. Congratulations to the Murphys for developing such a great team. More
