I primary reason for coming in was to have an oil change. However the service tech noticed that the frame rails on my truck were rotted through. I'm quite puzzled since this problem has never been brought to However the service tech noticed that the frame rails on my truck were rotted through. I'm quite puzzled since this problem has never been brought to my attention. My 2010 truck has not been to any other dealer or shop. I have always brought my truck to Falmouth Toyota where I feel that my vehicle was always being inspected when it was on the lift. After learning of the problem I quickly went over to Ken Collings whom I have worked with before. We secured the Tacoma that was available and with the assistance of Jared in the finance departmentI drove home that truck that very day.I am very pleased with the way the day worked out and the truck I purchased. Over the course of my last 3 or 4 visits. I've received nothing but exceptional service from Lorina. She's always polite, easy to talk to and always greets me with a smile. She explains everything thoroughly and is just all around extremely pleasant. Out of the all the service department people, she is my absolute favorite. My last service, I had my 3 year old daughter with me, and she gave my daughters stickers, high fives and really brought a smile to my daughters face. Every time I need my car serviced, Lorina has just been wonderful to deal with. I cannot say enough positive things about Lorina. More
