The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Tony Martino led our top quality Service Department from 1990-2025 and Dave Carson - our Parts Manager has been keeping parts for repairs and accessories stocked since 1996. There are also veteran Sales Associates like Ken Collinngs, Ronnie Sjahfiedin, and Brian Nascarella - each with decades of Toyota experience, Joanne Brandrup - our welcoming receptionist since 1989, and Mike Conroy - our General Sales Manager has been keeping everything on track since the start in 1982!

Absolutely STRSS free experience from the purchase of the leased vehicle to the servicing!!!!!!!! Everyone was extremely kind polite and they were SMILING and friendly. I have been going to this dealership for many years now to service my 06 toyota corolla .wich let me tell you the service department and all of its staff down to the amazing people who greet you when you p to service my 06 toyota corolla .wich let me tell you the service department and all of its staff down to the amazing people who greet you when you pull in and their machanics are all exceptional super nice never had any issues .so when it was time for me to get a new car I knew this is where I wanted to go I went over to the sales side and worked with Justin Halstead who not only explained everything to me in detail for options within my budget but never pressured me into a sale gave me all the details answered all my questions over days of back and forth. Helped me figure out the best car for me and my family . The finance department is just as great worked with another man named Justin sadly don't remember his last name he was just as detailed and kind. These people are the best if you are wondering were to go for your service or to buy a new or used car you need to look no further and go see Justin Halstead to purchase he went above and beyond can't say enough about him and the team there . I got a 2014 Rav4 limited wich i love and you guessed it I'll continue to have it serviced there. Can't thank them enough truly the best experience and place to go . More

Recently purchased a 2023 Corolla hybrid from Falmouth Toyota. The sales rep (Ronnie) did an outstanding job in locating a car for me. Also kept me informed on delivery status.
