Had our 2007 RAV towed in for repairs , turned out the water pump blew and it was leaking oil , As they fixed the water pump I decided to look at a new car. My wife had bought the RAV here so she told me water pump blew and it was leaking oil , As they fixed the water pump I decided to look at a new car. My wife had bought the RAV here so she told me to see Ken Collings if I saw anything I like if I was serious about buying. I looked at teh new Camerys , Carollas and then I say the Scion tC, it was sooo nice! so I went back in and asked for Ken. He let me take it on a test drive I drove Great! He had the RAV looked at and he came back with an offer. It was lower than I wanted so I told him I would think about it, Service told me it would be a while to find the oil leak and gave me a loaner car. after a day of thinking I called back and Talked to Ken about the Scion tC asking for a little more for me trade, he said he would see what he could do. He calle dback a little later with a better offer,not what I was hopeing for but a good offer so I told him I had to talk it over with my wife. We agreed it was a good offer so I called back and accepted his offer. I went in that night to sign the papers and with money down , my wife went the next day to sign the papers. I was ready the next bussiness day and I picked it up after I got out of work. Ken was there to hand me the keys , he went out to the car and explained the controls and bells and whistles. I drove off very Happy! Ken called the next day to see how things were going , I told he everything was Great . I have bought several new cars in my life Falmouth Scion and Ken Collings has been my best experiance to date ! More
