Falls Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This dealer worked on my car, replaced Coil, ICM, and plugs. 3 Days later the car is missing on cylinder 2 and 3. Have the car towed to another shop and find out that the coil and ICM are no good and tha plugs. 3 Days later the car is missing on cylinder 2 and 3. Have the car towed to another shop and find out that the coil and ICM are no good and that the plugs where never changed. The cost was over 600 dollars and they refuse to refund for this service. It took them over 3 weeks to even contact me back about the issue. The other shop charged me 209 dollars for the same parts and service...... Beware of this dealer. More
