When we were clearly unsure of what we had seen, he offered to get more keys to two other cars he thought we might like based on what we were saying.. We ended up test-driving and then buying one of those, cars. As a part of the afternoon, I walked in to the service dept. and talked to the manager, while my wife investigated financing. When we got back together, we had each decided that Durand was the place we wanted to do business. Quality of work rating is based only on the condition of the car at the point of sale. More

I came looking to buy my first car. I was met outside after a few minutes, and was then brought inside to talk more about the car I was interested in. I left feeling humiliated and two days later, I went to Brattleboro Ford, where I was treated with such great care that I bought a car the same day I went there. Brattleboro Ford helped me choose a different car than the one my heart was set on, and it was the best decision I have made. I would NOT recommend Durand to any of my friends, or anyone in general who is looking to buy a car. More
