I would give a negative stars review if I could, but they don't allow for that. They are the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Then, they charged me an additional $300 to finish the transaction that THEY should have apprised me of. THEY SUCK! STAY AWAY from Faith's Toyota Ford!!!! Their personnel are condescending, rude and money grubbing pieces of "you-know-what!" More

I received a response almost immediately every time! Then there is Colby. Excellent finance manager. Clearly knows his job well. He was very detailed in his explanation of each form with me and didn't speak fast like a lot of others do. I did not feel rushed or confused or hesitant about signing anything. Colby fought hard with the banks to get me a good deal and get my payment where I needed it. I would say the Faith Toyota is the place to get your next vehicle and that dealership should count themselves lucky to have Colby and Casey on their staff. I have never seen two individuals represent their employer so well. They were kind, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and organized, and delivered a fantastic product! I can't thank you two enough!!!! More

Worked with internet sales, an appraiser and sales manager for a week on a “guaranteed” price for my 2021 F150. When we arrived the sales manager was extremely rude and hostile and immediately proceeded to renegotiate their “guaranteed” offer by $8000 less and said they didn’t know what trim it had….but they had the VIN and full photos, documents, registration etc. We even asked out right if they would do this and we were told that it was a sure thing and the sales manager wanted the truck. Awful customer service and business practice. More
