Tried to make an appointment to buy out my lease. I was told financing would take 30-60 minutes. I asked the sales person if we could go run an errand and come back and he said yes. Well as soon as we got back our spot in line got booted for someone who came in to buy a car. I understand the circumstance of them needing to keep things moving but I would have preferred the sales guy advise us not to leave because it would bump us down in line. My husband and I took off work, hired a sitter for our child and made an appointment all for us to have to sit here now from 10:30am-1:00pm. Don’t bother with appointments they mean nothing. Was transferred from department to department, then back to a computer. and the guy who sold it. Their finance manager. Levi Regions. All you get is a voicemail on his line. Tried many, many times. Of course, he'll call you back if he wants to. I haven't heard from him. That was the second car I bought from them First experience was OK. So I guess I'll have to pay the extra $5000. But boy, have I learned a lesson? I'm not a happy camper. More
The salesman was not clear enough about warranty. It sounded like he said 30 days instead of 3. We did not hear the as is part either. My wife and I have visited a couple of times now with Samantha for test drives of the Crosstrek. Samantha is very responsive to our questions, and comes prepared with the keys and the paperwork. not once, but twice, I've driven 45 minutes to get to this dealership, only to find out the car I went to see was misrepresented on the website. the first one was a used 2015 or 2016 outback that had twi this dealership, only to find out the car I went to see was misrepresented on the website. the first one was a used 2015 or 2016 outback that had twice as many miles in real life as the website said it had (120k instead of 60k. also it was filthy and in a back lot and was not ready for sale despite being on the website). the second one was a 22 outback wilderness. I called and made sure it was there before I drove up this time. I get there, and the salesman tells me they've been having electrical problems with it and the battery is dead, and that they've had to jump it several times already. I mean, FFS. so he gets a jumper pack and starts the car, then the first salesman I talked to calls him on his cell while I'm standing there and xxxxxxx him out for "stealing his customer", then walks outside and proceeds to lie straight to my face about how they had no idea the battery was dead. I'd personally suggest going somewhere else. no idea how this dealership has good ratings. More
Purchased a car and took back for a door handle replacement they owed me. They Scratched dented and chipped my paint installing and then wasn't even going to tell me it was damaged. Took it back to be fixed the service girl was rude as xxxx! They tried to accommodate after my husband said his piece about it. If he had not been with me I'm sure it would not have gotten fixed correctly. It started out great! I was so excited I finally found a car! My salesman was informative and so nice. Then ghosted me when I was trying to get it fixed. They would not negotiate at all! Put some stupid stickers on and charged me $300! Then they came off because they didn't clean the area before applying. When I denied the $2700 service plans he was rude and said well if u drive off it's your problem if it breaks down. That's really not what u want to hear when u have searched for a car for a year and thought u found the perfect one! It started out great! I was so excited I finally found a car! My salesman was informative and so nice. Then ghosted me when I was trying to get it fixed. Overall it was good and bad. Guess thats what u get when u go to a dealership. More
