DO NOT USE FAIRWAY FORD SERVICE! They SUCK. I spent $777 on 4 new tires, alignment and balance. They broke my tire pressure sensor and REFUSED to fix it. I had 3 people tell me 4 They SUCK. I spent $777 on 4 new tires, alignment and balance. They broke my tire pressure sensor and REFUSED to fix it. I had 3 people tell me 4 different things: * you have a Honda, we can’t fix it * you broke the sensors because you drove on a flat. LIE!!! I came out, saw my tire was flat and it was TOWED to Fairway. * we broke the sensors replacing your tires * the battery on your sensors needs to be changed - how could he possibly know this without even looking at the sensors I bought my car here 6 years ago. Have gotten service here ever since. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN and will warn others AWAY every chance I get. More

Our Lincoln Navigator air conditioner fan was whining, cutting in & out and it wasn’t blowing cold air. Took it here for repair. Had a bill for over $400 above and beyond our Endurance insurance because they labor fees are so much over the standard book rates, and when we got in the car, the air was still warm and the “new” fan whined. We told them immediately as we hadn’t even left the lot. We were told our insurance only covered standard parts, not “Ford/Lincoln “ parts ( which were more than double the price) so they were not responsible. If we wanted it fixed, we had to pay for another appointment, another diagnostic and another round of labor fees. In other words, we would have to pay them to repair what they were JUST PAID TO REPAIR !! Where we come from we call that FRAUD ! More
I couldn’t be more pleased with the big truck service department of fairway Ford. My truck was under warranty and a dealership closer to my house could not fix problem! Poor experience Car was in for a 3rd time regarding wipers fluid not working. It was not noted as told by the advisor that the hoses we cracked when last brought in Car was in for a 3rd time regarding wipers fluid not working. It was not noted as told by the advisor that the hoses we cracked when last brought in on ticket. My wife sat there for the entire day the 2nd time. Also car was in for check engine light, which took 3 days to identify issue due to some confusion according to advisor and i had to call daily myself to see why it was taking so long. i incurred a 3 day rental fee during this process, which was not taken into account or acknowledged by advisor as a concern or interest that it was causing me additional expenses. lastly i had to wait 1 hour for a rental car. Other Ford dealers are rentals agencies on site and it's fast. More
Disappointed Live long Ford owner. I bought my new Fusion from Fairway new in 2017. This was my 13th brand new Ford vehicle. This most recent visit was a service Live long Ford owner. I bought my new Fusion from Fairway new in 2017. This was my 13th brand new Ford vehicle. This most recent visit was a service visit. 22000 miles. After a 1.5 hours for a scheduled appointment we finally left after being forced to watch Fox news while we waited. I would suggest something more neutral given Ford Motor Companies commitment to diversity.I left I checked by tire pressure via the sync system each tire had completely different tires pressure, clearly it had not even been checked. My washer fluid was empty as well. Really sloppy and make sme wonder if anything else was actually done. I have given this dealership a fair shake, no pun intended. My advice is to go elsewhere. More

Very knowledgeable, courteous staff completed my car in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. More
