I can only say good things about Fairway. I moved down from Michigan about 2 years ago and out of all dealerships I've been to up north or in the south this one takes the prize. I have had my views of dealerships in the past (which- by the way were not that great). My mind is changed. My first visit to Fairway was very nice. I've come to love it here and I'm glad to have found what I consider a home for all my vehicle needs. I currently own a 2002 Explorer Sport and I brought the vehicle in for service. I didn't even know it had a safety recall but when I came to pick it up they told me I had the recall and that they completed it while my vehicle was in for service! That to me showed they were looking out for me and my safety. Glad I discovered Fairway and I will be back! More
I had a good experience at fairway. reasonable price and courteous employees. they went out of their way to find me the vehicle I wanted and worked with me on the finance end of it. I purchased a new 2003 Expedition from them which with less than 10, 000 miles has already had to have a new motor, drive shaft, A/C recharged, rear differential and side panel repairs. Fairway states they can not do anything about replacing my vehicle that the decision rests with Ford Motor Company. Which everyone knows if Fairway was truly concerned about their customers or obtaining repeat customers they would be doing everything to make this sitution right. More
