Service appoitment I took my Outback in for a 12.000 mile checkup. Poor service and mechanic work Had my 2004 F150 in to have them replace some parts that you would think they could handle. Worst decision I ever made. I brought them my truck with parts that every forum I read said the 5.4 3v had issues with. All they had to do is install the parts change oil filter and add oil. I got the call your truck is running fine come pick it up. Well I did didn't get home truck broke down on the way home. Before I picked it up I was told that the shop manager drove it after the parts were installed. He drove it down the highway no issues. Strange I drove down the same highway only made it passed one exit turned off on the next exit motor started knocking and check engine light came on motor shut down. It was only 3 miles from the dealership. I called them telling what happened they had to tow it back. Well of course they waited one full day to look at it. I get a call they couldn't find nothing wrong. I said did you let it warm up. After that now they said oh we see what you meant. I HAD TO TELL THEM HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOT MY ON VEHICLE. So to make a long story short my truck hasnt ran right since now they telling me I need I new engine which they messed up. I suggest if you want to buy or get your car or truck serviced go somewhere else. More

Great work! Took my truck to Fairway after an accident. The front end was pretty bad when I took it in. The repair work they did was outstanding. This dealer is the worst I have ever seen! I took my vehicle to them for their "expert advice" only to find out they are not experts at all. I ended up forking out $600.00 just to find out what was wron vehicle to them for their "expert advice" only to find out they are not experts at all. I ended up forking out $600.00 just to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. Long story short, they NEVER did find out what was wrong with it, but ended up costing me more and more money until (after a year) finding someone who was honest and knew right what to do. I do not have time to write a full review, but I do intend on writing more. Please trust me until I have time to finish my story... Fairway Ford will not only rip you off, but their not professional or knowledgeable at all! It's sad I had to pay them to trouble shoot and do guess work on my vehicle. Please be aware that the "good reviews" you are reading are probably not from real people, but from fairway them self writing their own reviews. I know way to many people who have had problems with this place and they are glad to rip you off and leave you with the same problems you paid them to fix! More
