Hailey reached out and contacted me because of an internet search I did online. Her first efforts to speak with me where ignored at a point I recall I hung up after telling her I was no longer interested and she still attempted again after sometime. Her persists and consistence is the only reason I gave her a chance. I told her what I was looking for and she kept me informed just about everyday through emails and calls that she was working on finding exactly what I wanted. This young women went well above and beyond what is expected. I have never in all my years dealt with anyone who has given the amount of time and effort for a car buyer the way she has. Great experience purchasing a used truck I live 80 miles from this Fairway Ford but found a vehicle I was interested in online that was at their dealership. I called to get more information about the truck I was interested in and was assisted by Jason Bonsky. He was very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions as well as he could. I felt like I was being helped and not just being pushed into coming to the dealership. After contacting other dealerships with trucks I was interested in I felt like Fairy Ford was providing a good deal on an excellent truck. Once I arrived at the dealership the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Jason answered all of my questions and let me take my time in evaluating the truck I liked. They also performed a fast and fair evaluation of my trade in truck. The negotiation process was not prolonged and didn't insult my intelligence like other dealerships I had been to. I would definitely recommend Fairway Ford to anybody. They are definitely worth the drive! More
