What a surprise, I came in for just an oil change I came at the appointed time for my oil change and my vehicle was in the shop within 30 min despite being very busy. I was out within 15 min of my ex I came at the appointed time for my oil change and my vehicle was in the shop within 30 min despite being very busy. I was out within 15 min of my expected time. Now for the twist on this typical story, I had been having trouble with my knife so asked a technician if he had a tool I could use to make an adjustment. Without hesitation he went into the shop and retrieved the needed tool. After a few minutes I was having limited success and he asked if he could help. I handed the knife over to him and again he went back into the shop to clean, lubricate, and readjust my knife. Now this whole event didn't take over 15 min but this type of friendly service is what will keep me coming back. And, oh by the way, the knife works like new - maybe a little better. THANKS Fairway Ford for hiring such GREAT FOLKS!!! More
