Outstanding Service Vinny took his time to listen to my concerns before suggesting the type of service that was needed for our vehicle. Since I have not dealt before wit Vinny took his time to listen to my concerns before suggesting the type of service that was needed for our vehicle. Since I have not dealt before with maintenance on a Hybrid vehicle, Vinny suggest a plan of attack and we had our vehicle back well before we anticipated it being complete based on other dealerships in the area length of service. We will continue to use Fairway Ford for our total Ford dealership. More
Painless Sales Experience We took our 2011 F-150 in for service, and was looking at the new 2015 F-150s on the lot while I was waiting. My wife and I have been talking about g We took our 2011 F-150 in for service, and was looking at the new 2015 F-150s on the lot while I was waiting. My wife and I have been talking about getting one of the newer ones to get rid of the older EcoBoost that was giving us issues on our F-150. I had emailed the dealership the night before my service and talked to Russell Folger about the possibility of performing the trade. When I talked to Russell the day of my service, he went back and had them do an estimate of what it would cost for me to get the service done, and also told them to hold off on performing it as we tried to work out a deal. The entire process would have probably only taken 2 hours or less, but they allowed me plenty of time to get my wife's input on the entire process and waiting for her to arrive there before any paperwork was signed. I would definitely recommend Russell and the entire sales team at Fairway Ford. More
