Slightly Misleading Everything was great as far as the sales staff. Chance and Judy were most helpful and answered all my questions. What was misleading was the Owner's son told me he could match the financing rate of the credit union next to them through Ford Motor Company. He further stated it would be best to go through Ford Financing to get a $1500 cash back discount. After waiting to close the deal for quite a time the financing closeout gentleman came out and got me. After putting several pieces of paper in front of me to sign he finally produced the financing statement which was with Sunburst Bank and not Ford Motor Company. This man also stated he was not aware of a financing discount with Ford Motor Company. My interest rate with Suntrust Bank was a little higher than expected. I was already approved by my credit union for this loan and I could have gone with them getting a better interest rate. I am disappointed that I was misled in this fashion. However I still feel the deal was very good. Thanks More

CUSTOMER SERVICE to EXCEED expectations I had been a loyal service customer at Fairway 2010-2012 while stationed at Ft Gordon, then PCSed to another location in the southeasat. While on temp I had been a loyal service customer at Fairway 2010-2012 while stationed at Ft Gordon, then PCSed to another location in the southeasat. While on temporary assignment in the Augusta area and on day to depart to return to duty station, the service engine light illuminated on F 150 with service manual recs to have dealership evaluation ASAP. I met with Kirk Redding late Friday afternoon and he assessed the problem and recommended that I have a more thorough eval, unfortuntely, he was booked on the next morning but he would ensure that I would be taken care of by Vinny Mancusi. Returned the next busy morning with multiple customers waiting but all were taken care of in a timely customer oriented fashion. My problem was identified and corrected which gave me the "peace of mind" as I started my drive back to duty stationed. Fairway's service department epitomizes customer service , trust, confidence and satisfaction!! Hope to return for routine services while in the Augusta area in the future... 5 STARS! More
