I'm not an xxxxxx So I worked out a deal and drove a loner home. My car was to arrive the next morning. Turned out neither my wife or 8yr old son liked the car. I inform the sales Rep that night that I would be looking at another car the next day. If all didn't work out there then we would go with the car they set me up with. Well, that didn't go over well. I got called a liar, xxxxxxx, and then my wife got brought into it. These guys are pushy as well. They consistently told me what I needed to do, when and how. I will never go hear again. I would never reccomend this place to anyone either. If you're in the area go to Benson and ask for Steve. More

Poor Service including damage to the car, and bad advice. Have had two experiences with this group where I got my Subaru back in worse shape then I gave it to them in. Once on this latest passenger side airbag recall. Both times they damaged the dash as they took it out and reinstalled it. And the damage they did was obvious. They just ignored what they did and hoped we wouldn't see it. And they refuse to make it good. Also got some dangerous advice from the service advisor who allowed us to drive the car off the lot with the Airbag light on not knowing that if the sensor was bad that the airbags would not deploy in an accident. Won't but another car there. Won't take my car there for Service. Buyer beware!!!! More

Poor service for minorities I went to this dealership a couple of times - as did some of my friends (also minorities) - and we got poor service each time. I was ignored and/or treated rudely or curtly by the service people. However, I noticed they treated the white customers differently and better. I don't know, maybe the service people were having a bad day or something, or maybe they just have their own favorite 'kinds." Whatever their deal is, I ain't coming back. More

Service appoitment I took my Outback in for a 12.000 mile checkup. Poor service and mechanic work Had my 2004 F150 in to have them replace some parts that you would think they could handle. Worst decision I ever made. I brought them my truck with parts that every forum I read said the 5.4 3v had issues with. All they had to do is install the parts change oil filter and add oil. I got the call your truck is running fine come pick it up. Well I did didn't get home truck broke down on the way home. Before I picked it up I was told that the shop manager drove it after the parts were installed. He drove it down the highway no issues. Strange I drove down the same highway only made it passed one exit turned off on the next exit motor started knocking and check engine light came on motor shut down. It was only 3 miles from the dealership. I called them telling what happened they had to tow it back. Well of course they waited one full day to look at it. I get a call they couldn't find nothing wrong. I said did you let it warm up. After that now they said oh we see what you meant. I HAD TO TELL THEM HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOT MY ON VEHICLE. So to make a long story short my truck hasnt ran right since now they telling me I need I new engine which they messed up. I suggest if you want to buy or get your car or truck serviced go somewhere else. More

Great work! Took my truck to Fairway after an accident. The front end was pretty bad when I took it in. The repair work they did was outstanding.
