Horrible service department I dropped off my car for a coolant line repair. I received a call three hours after the car was supposed to be started saying that the price would be I dropped off my car for a coolant line repair. I received a call three hours after the car was supposed to be started saying that the price would be double what I was quoted. When I asked why such an increase they told me that the girl who quoted the price didn’t know what she was talking about and that I should have talk to a mechanic. I didn’t know getting a quote from a mechanic was an option. I just assumed that the girl in the service department would know how to quote a price. When I picked up my car it was parked over a handful of stainless steel screws and the coolant reservoir was filled to the point of damaging the car. I requested they remedy the situation and received attitude from the service manager and technician. I will never use this service again. More
