Complete Waste Of Time Carlos is a very bad finance manager. He had me fly in from Los Angeles, informed his sales rep, Micah, that I was approved and I could fly in and pic Carlos is a very bad finance manager. He had me fly in from Los Angeles, informed his sales rep, Micah, that I was approved and I could fly in and pick up the car I was purchasing and to make sure I bring the remainder of my down payment for the car I was purchasing. Carlos was not at the dealership so that my deal could be complete when I arrived. The sales manager was the one who informed me they could not get me financing when I flew in from Los Angeles. Needless to say, this was a total wasted trip. It’s just crazy how these horrible inexperienced finance managers such as Carlos Velandia are not being held accountable by the people who run this dealership he currently works at. All the reviews about this person are fake and not true. The fact of the matter is, he has no experience. Buyers beware. Please ask your salesperson who is in charge of your financing and if they say Carlos, walk away from this dealership and find you a more reputable dealership. More

Charged 40.50 to replace light bulb Went in to fairway for oil change. Had a tail light out. The bulb was 4.26. They charged me 40.50 to put it in. What a rip off. Above & beyond service with Damian, Haley & Jorge My battery died suddenly and I called Damian Allen who sold me the car and he not only remembered me but was able to give me phone numbers of who to c My battery died suddenly and I called Damian Allen who sold me the car and he not only remembered me but was able to give me phone numbers of who to contact and then followed up later after his shift to give me directions and information where to purchase an emergency battery! He really went above and beyond to assist and care as it had been 5 months since I bought my certified preowned Chevy. After following his advice I felt safe & was able to drive my car again and booked in a service visit. This is where I met Haley Hawkins service advisor who was very informative and took the time to explain items under the hood, listen to my vehicle concerns and gave me an estimated time for completion for each item. She checked in with me a couple of times while I was waiting with updates - fabulous care and I felt completely confident she had my car under control - after the service the car runs even better than when I got it!! I also want to mention Jorge Montero (who I originally started my initial car shopping with 5 months ago before his bilingual skills were in demand by another customer) who had previously taken the time & care to help me when I returned shortly after purchase to ask some more car related questions. He also is so friendly he again took the time to speak with me & see if I needed anything while waiting for my car to be serviced. These 3 genuine & caring employees are what will bring me back again and again to fairway Chevy for all my needs - thank you!!! More
The worst Service center and customer experience ever! I leased a 2016 Yukon Denali it has had problems within three months of leaving the lot. I have had this car in the shop the first time it took 25 days to get back the payment is 853 a month now its back in the chop More
I arrived at fairway chevrolet at 7:00A.M. my scheduled appointment time. I asked to speak with the tech that would be working on my truck and the service manager, very rudely informed me that I was not al appointment time. I asked to speak with the tech that would be working on my truck and the service manager, very rudely informed me that I was not allowed to speak with the tech/mech, and that there would not be a tech/mech available to look at my truck until after 8:00A.M. even possibly two or three hours later then my schedued appointment time. Why bother making a 7:00A.M. appointment when no one is there till 8;00A.M. The main problem was that the service writer did not have the correct or complete information about what was wrong with my truck,nor could he understand the issue I was having, therfore the need for me to speak directly with the tech/mech that would be looking at my truck. The servive manager," Martin Gonzalez," answer to this problem was ,"Oh they'll figure it out." It is alot harder and more expencive to try and figure out what is wrong when the tech/mech doesn't even know where to start. After being sprayed with diesel from head to toe ,in my face, in my mouth, and eyes by a truck that I bought from Fairway I was understandable upset. Well Mr. Gonzalez confused being upset with accusing me of being rude, and told me to leave and that he would not fix my truck. After calling GM I found out some very disturbing information. Since each dealership is independently owned they can refuse to work on a vehicle that you have purchased from them. This is a tremendous burden on the consumer to then search for a dealer that will work/service your vehicle. Imangine if you live in a small town with only one dealership and that dealership refused to service your vehicle, you would be forced to drive serveral miles/ hours ,possible even another state to get your vehicle repaired or serviced. This practice does not seem unjust to the consumer,. I have bought several vehiles from Fairway Chevrolet, and they didn't turn me away then, so guess if you are not buying a new car they don't stand behind what they sell , and even more disturbing is they don't have to. Bottom line is the customer service I recieved from Fairway Chevrolet, and by the service manager, Martin Gonzalez was horrible , and to rate it as very poor is an understatement. Please be aware. I live in Aliante and I go out of my way to get my cars taken care of by Sam and Manny from the Speed Shop. Sam has spent many hours working with me on my car and through phone calls, emails and during his off duty time to get me the answers to my questions and set the car up exactly how I wanted it. Going above and beyond with customer satisfaction is what I look for specifically when dealing with any business. Both Sam and Manny have been very respectful to me and could not be more professional than they are every time they work with me. As a retired Air Force service member, these are a must. I have been dealing with dealerships for the past 15 years and I have never had an experience like I have when I work with these outstanding employees! I HIGHLY recommend Sam and Manny for your GM High Performance needs. More
I am totally impressed with the service I received when my "mature" motor home needed a broken sway bar bracket repaired. When one is on the road and living in the rig, getting it repaired promptly is ver my "mature" motor home needed a broken sway bar bracket repaired. When one is on the road and living in the rig, getting it repaired promptly is very important. When it was found that the part would not be available for several days, the tech welded the broken part and re-installed it. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Many dealerships will not even look at motor homes, never mind treat out of area customers with the efficiency and promptness which we received. Thanks Fairway and Kenneth. More
