I was a Thank you so much for your patience Moises & Lance I know we were not easy buyers. Both of theses gentlemen were extremely friendly & helpful! I was amazed on how Moises checked in with me the next day to see how things were going & was there to help of us the next day since we were in a rush the first day. I called Moises a week ago to ask about the free car wash and he let me know he wasn't at work, but stayed on the phone while I figured it out. I honestly was like WOW that's what you call customer service! He could of easily ignored my call or tell me to ask someone there. I don't really do surveys unless it was a horrible experience, but this time I said Moises helped me out, answered all my random questions, and did it with a smile. He made me feel like a friend was selling me the vehicle & I have realized that's how you treat customers & get them into a new vehicle!!! Thank you so much! You guys have a great sales man! Thanks you Lance for working on the price I think you might have grew some grey hairs, but you truly worked with us!!! Haha! More
