The best car-buying experience I have ever had. We recently went to Fairview Ford in San Bernardino to purchase a 2017 Ford Flex. We had purchased a Ford Flex in 2010 and drove it for 7 years with We recently went to Fairview Ford in San Bernardino to purchase a 2017 Ford Flex. We had purchased a Ford Flex in 2010 and drove it for 7 years with absolutely no problems, but had accumulated quite a few miles so decided to replace it with another Flex. We had found the one we wanted at another dealer, and felt they were giving us a fair price, but just were not convinced. When we checked Fairview's inventory on line, we saw they had the same SEL model that we wanted in the color and equipped the way we wanted. Our sales associate, Julian Sanchez, treated us very well from the moment we stepped on the lot. He let us know he was serious about getting us the car we wanted at a very fair price. The entire process was quick and pleasant. It took us longer to decided if we wanted to lease the car or purchase the car. All our options were presented to us so we could clearly make a decision. They made sure we got all the discounts available off the price. The deal we made at Fairview far surpassed the offer from the other dealer, saving us a considerable amount of money. The staff worked together well as a team. I would highly recommend any of our friends and family to visit Fairview Ford first if they are considering purchasing a new vehicle. More
