Bob's team has provided a loaner vehicle that was dropped off at our home, by Tony, while our car was being serviced. We received updates on the progress of the service and timing of when we could expect our car to be returned to our home. Today our car was returned and it had been completely detailed along with the routine warranty service. I want to thank Bob Huser and Tony Blaine for this outstanding service. They attempted to replace a timing belt on my 2001 vw Jetta and ended up breaking a few things and then forgetting to put stuff back. When confronted they returned the missing parts, however, 9 months later after a chronic oil leak from the front of my engine, I was just informed that NONE of the timing belt seals had been replaced!!! SPEND A FEW BUCKS MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I WISH I HAD!!! More
