Fairfield Volkswagen - Service Center

After 2306 update was installed car would start then stall. The service did not find any issue with the car other than less than full charge on the battery. replaced the battery and had the same issue the next The service did not find any issue with the car other than less than full charge on the battery. replaced the battery and had the same issue the next morning with cold start. Took the car back that day, service could not duplicate the issue. I was charged $123.00 for unsuccessful trouble shooting. Service member Chad helped me and explained why a good battery with a low charge could cause the issue and may not be the recent 2306 update. He refunded the service charge and assured me if the issue continues to bring it back for further troubleshooting. Thanks to Chad I still consider VW Fairfield a solid dealership. More

Fast and friendly I was in for a routine oil change and the service adviser was super helpful and friendly. He even reprogrammed my Bluetooth for me. Time flies, had my Beetle Bug ONE year!!!!! Went in for my first service. Was in and out in one hour as promised. Guy took good care of my VW getting it all taken care of. Runs like a new one!!
