I relaxed in the waiting area and had a cup of hot chocolate. Chad contacted me when the check-up was completed and went over all the procedures and results with me. He answered all my questions and I was satisfied with the care my car (and I) had received. I was very pleased with Fairfield VW and Chad and the technicians who took excellent care of both of us!
