When Chad called to explain the results, he broke down the costs involved and helped me prioritize according to safety issues, etc. Anytime I need work on my Passat or simply have a question, Chad takes the time to understand my concerns. He explains things clearly which helps me make an educated decision. I appreciate his patience and thorough work ethic.
