Unacceptable Service.... still don't have my car 5x in 4 weeks my car has been in and out of the service dept. Didn't have vehicle over Christmas and New Years. Just got loaner vehicle last week. Helpful Service in Time of Need My new investment, an X4 M40i BMW had the driver restraint system activated on the dash board along with the emission light which made me very uncomfo My new investment, an X4 M40i BMW had the driver restraint system activated on the dash board along with the emission light which made me very uncomfortable to drive. In talking to the Eric, the BMW Service Manager he was very polite and had my vehicle valet for service the next day, leaving me with a loaner until the vehicle was back to stable condition. I received great customer service and touch points as to what was going on over the next 2 days. When returned they had it look all shiny and new just as it looked when I bought it, wheels and all. I also had a tire that the going flat and they fixed it before returning it. Service was exceptional and I can't thank them enough for turning this experience into a much better one than my first. More

The service manage rwas not helpful at all with my issue The service manager was not familiar with my issue at all. (death wobble on a 2017 diesel Superduty bought new at this dealership) and suggested that The service manager was not familiar with my issue at all. (death wobble on a 2017 diesel Superduty bought new at this dealership) and suggested that his associate was more familiar with my issue and would have him call me. His associate never returned my call and when I called back again a few weeks later, once again his so called "Ford truck expert" was unavailable and once again I was assured by the service manager that his associate would call me back. This return phone call never happened. We have purchased 3 very expensive vehicles from Fairfield to date and we have been very loyal but it was apparently time to seek help elsewhere. After getting no satisfaction from Fairfield I contacted Blaise Alexander Ford of Mansfield. They were immediately familiar with my issue and ordered the parts to make the repairs immediately. Blaise Alexander will be getting all of my future business and I can assure you this is the last vehicle I will ever buy from Fairfield. More

You work hard to have a good credit I don’t believe the interest rate was fair at all given I was in 700’s. The explanation given was only that they have redone the credit score match to interest rate ( higher is good...ex. 5%) that is untrue I’ve had much lower for used cars) it is what it is but I will be refinancing within 6mths since I have found out that I could do better. I inquired within other Branches of finance. Love the RAV4 just think you have to be Fair to customers, know what you are explaining the experience buying a new car is exciting and fast talking confuses. Bottom line of price found on internet should be beginning price not cushioned within rebate versus special price and beginning price. Had to You Tube for SCOUT GPS car did not have built in GPS., salesman did not know much about how it worked. More

Good service, but a long wait. Got the 5000 mile service on my new Ford Edge. The service department here is sub par. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. I took my vehicle in to have the adaptive cruise control serviced under warranty and was told I would not recommend this service department to anyone. I took my vehicle in to have the adaptive cruise control serviced under warranty and was told that the headlight was missing a bolt so therefore the adaptive cruise could not and would not be covered under warranty. The two systems are not connected or even relevant to each other. This should give you some indication of the level of intellect to the individuals working here. You would think that with the current image of VW they would be trying to keep their returning and loyal customers happy, clearly not. If you have another place to take your vehicle I would, possible your local zoo? More
