Routine maintenance The service counter comes off very arrogant. On more then one occasion I have specifically verified the availability of there largest lift to be able The service counter comes off very arrogant. On more then one occasion I have specifically verified the availability of there largest lift to be able to perform routine service and been told they have the lift available however once I get there they tell me that my truck is to large and that there big lift is occupied. I was also told once that they could not use a standard lift because of the running boards on my truck. Please keep in mind I have an F-350 single rear wheel truck that is completely stock even the running boards are ford factory boards. I came in once for a tire rotation and was told my tires did not need rotated, I asked the guy at the service desk to take a look with me and showed him the front tires on the truck clearly starting to cup and I was told it would be fine for another few thousand miles. I bought my truck from this dealer and made an attempt at having it serviced at this dealership however i would not recommend the service department to anyone. In fact I typically take the truck to van campen dodge for service unless it is something that must be done by ford. In this case it was due for a coolant additive check. More

Yearly inspection Had inspection, passenger air bag recall, lube oil filter, tire rotation and wash done. They were also to change anti freeze as I am going on 6 years. Had inspection, passenger air bag recall, lube oil filter, tire rotation and wash done. They were also to change anti freeze as I am going on 6 years. They said they were sorry and I rescheduled it for the next Wed. No big deal things happen. They did take $50. 00 my bill which was very nice. They also said they would come and get my car for the rescheduled appointment, but I said it was not necessary. I will still have my Mustang serviced at this location. More

Great service...terrible car wash! Service great; new center amazing, which is why I was super disappointed to see 2 scratches (if that is the correct term?) on the back of my car. I don't know if they were from the car wash or the actual service, but they are down to the metal. Now I don't know how to prove they weren't there before I took my car in on Saturday, which is I'm sure what will be expected of me. I just know it is very obvious they are there now. Perhaps the most disappointing part is not telling me about it. When they pulled my car out for me to take home, I never saw the back. I drove the car home Saturday, put it in the garage, and haven't driven it since. So I just noticed it today when I was literally coming into the garage and was able to see the back of my car. As I said, I have no way of proving they weren't there beforehand. Just wanted you to be aware of the situation. More
