Always a pleasure to deal with these guys! Long drive to the dealer, got there 3 hours early for oil change and inspection. Got done in Bristol fashion an hour and a half later. WOW! In for service Brought our 2014 Explorer in for inspection (which was free ) and service, I didn’t think I was there any longer then where I usually take it for serv Brought our 2014 Explorer in for inspection (which was free ) and service, I didn’t think I was there any longer then where I usually take it for service and when it was done I was told there was no charge for the service because of how long it took to get it done, I was a mechanic for over 40 years and understand things happen when working on vehicles and it takes longer then expected but I never expected not having to pay for the service, a pleasant surprise, Thank You More
