Fairfield VW Ford of Montoursville - Service Center

Went in for simple oil change and tire rotation. Left with a shaking car veering off the highway. Came right back & the guy at the desk told me I could wait another 2 hours (on top of the 1.5 hours Left with a shaking car veering off the highway. Came right back & the guy at the desk told me I could wait another 2 hours (on top of the 1.5 hours I already waited) for an alignment. Told him I didnt come in needing an alignment, this was an issue they caused and he didnt seem to care. Absolutely frustrating. Glad I didnt have my child with me. Will definitely not be bringing either of my Fords back nor recommending to anyone else. The only person that helped and was so sweet was the Parts assistant manager that at least gave me some kind words and made sure the car was driven around the block for safety. More

I had an oil leak. While I’d have preferred to not have a problem; I’m pleased with how quickly the problem was resolved. More
