They towed my van from where it died, found me a Jeep within my price range, and had me on my way same day. One of the vehicles we were interested in was at their Danville lot and they offered to bring it over (bad timiing - someone snatched it up before we had a chance to do that) - other dealerships talk you into buying what's on their lot even if it's in the same family of dealerships. I had a problem with the brakes - warped rotors - they fixed it immediately. I've been back for oil changes - excellent service! More

I got a fair price for my trade in and a great deal on my purchase! - 11/21/2018 Never mind. Changed to 1 star due to dealership recieving paperwork dated 11/2 stating there was a problem that had to be fixed before 11/16 to process the title to me only to receive a phone call from the dealership on 11/21 for the first time to learn of this problem after the title was sent back to the dealership and the temporary tag had already expired yesterday. Thanks guys "I am sure that you’ll be alright. Thank You for your help!" -01/18/2019 If I could give you negative stars I would. Now I have to rent a vehicle until my plate shows up finally since my temporary tag will run out on Monday. Nothing but problems since 11/2/2018. Will never trust a dealer to do my tags and title ever again. More
It felt like they could care less if they sold the vehicle My experience with this dealership is based from an online purchase with buying sight unseen, you may experience a different experience in person. My experience with this dealership is based from an online purchase with buying sight unseen, you may experience a different experience in person. 1.st. THE GOOD: Price (4 stars out of 5). - 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT (Big Horn). I search for 2 months for a very specific truck with certain options, a nationwide search found 20 meeting the criteria and this dealership was in the top 3. This is the reason I drove from Fargo ND to Muncy PA (1300 miles) to purchase this truck. 2,nd. (N/A): Truck Condition (not rated) - 2 year old truck with 9k miles, like New. They gain no positive or negative marks for this, truck was basically brand new and they had nothing to do with that. They did fail to do adequate inspection upon taking the trade as the tires were worn beyond the mileage and year (see below). 3.rd. THE O.K.: Communication (2 starts out of 5) - Email communication was like pulling teeth, it was as if they didn't want to sell the truck. It took me 2 weeks to buy this vehicle online (I had pre-approved banking direct transfer ready to go). I iniatially delt with the internet sales manager Andrea Guffey but do to reason listed below, had to contact the sales manager Bill Resides. His communication was worse, so makes sense his team would be as well, classic Failure from the top down. Left a message for him on Monday early afternoon and no reply by Tuesday afternoon. Left another message Tuesday and contact another sales associate in person and left a message with him to give to Bill to call me. Wednesday no reply, contacted dealership again and was directed to Andrea Guffey again but her attitude seemed much improved, only took another 4 business days to complete the transaction. Andrea Guffey. - Failed to show interest in selling truck - Failed to reply in timely manner - Seemed unfamiliar with basic car mechanical questions (EX: shape of tires) - Neutral in attitude (not friendly and not unfriendly), felt like I was bothering her asking questions. Bill Resides - Good initial contact - Failed to return 3 messages left over 2 day period. 4.th. THE BAD: Customer Service (1 star out of 5) This really was a mixed bag of horrible, poor, ok, good and great. I give it 1 star for no consistency and a great act does not out weigh the many bad. - Requested the tires be checked. Response: they are in good condition. Requested a tire gauge be used and found out they were 6/32 which is way outside the 9k miles wear and tear. Asked for an explanation and the dealerships shop determined that the original tires were removed and replaced with cheap used ones before the trade. This showed that they failed to do adequate pre-trade inspections and shows a lack of attention to detail that could affect other truck systems. - I requested tires be replaced and, although Bill said it will cost him money, he agreed to do so at no cost. - I rented a car and drove 1300 miles in 37 hours to pick up this truck, The staff provided transportation from the closest hotel to the dealership. - The hand off of the vehicle was conducted by Bill, not Andrea. It had been just washed and had a full tank of gas. It was quick and he seemed to want to get going, maybe took 2 minutes. He did activate the free 6 month XM radio. He did not activate the trucks Uconnect option (I found out later that it had never been registered at all), meaning the dealership failed to activate it upon the new sale. Although, this was indeed good for me ( I got the original 6 month free since it had never been registered) shows again the lack of attention to detail they have as they had failed both times to activate the service. The Uconnect Service representative was completely confused that this was a used truck and it took several minutes to figure out what had happened. - The #1 option I wanted on the Truck (besides the specific model) was Navigation and I made this crystal clear many times. At the hand off (which took place fast) Bill said he activated the XM radio and mentioned the Navigation, even started to turn and lean into the truck as if to show me how it worked or something, but mumbled something I didn't fully hear) and then asked if I had any other questions. I drove several miles down the road and stopped to open U connect option (this is when I found out is was not activated) and I also found out it did NOT have navigation. I called Bill at the dealership and he said it would be $500 to install and did not offer any further explanation. - NAVIGATION (more clarification on this) Not sure their intent was here but I will side on the side of deceit. First, I made it CLEAR Navigation was the main option I wanted. Through my research, navigation required the 8.4" screen. The truck was listed as Navigation Ready and I believed this meant that you needed to activate and pay for the Unconnect service to get the navigation, which I was fine with. This turned out to be a inaccurate information, the Navigation needs to be installed by the dealership. Through my communication with with Andrea and Bill, I did tell them that I would get Uconnect option so I could have Navigation and Andrea/Bill never contradicted this belief. They never offered to have navigation installed, even though they knew it was what i wanted and they should of known I was confused on how the option worked, they failed to clarify the situation and did nothing to rectify it when I discovered it after driving 37 hours to get the truck. SITUATION NOT MENTIONED ABOVE - PRICE MANIPULATION (?) When I first contacted the dealership about the truck, the listed price on their dealership website was $27,500 or $27,800 (cannot remember exactly as a few price changes took place, but I will use the figure of $27,800 for all explanations below). After some searching on their website I seen they had a military consumer cash option (This program offers eligible consumers a $500 cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle). Since I am qualified and the program did not state it had to be a new vehicle I inquired about the offer. Andrea Immediately responded (one fo the few times) and said that the discounted price would be $27,800. That was impossible for me to belive as I had yet to tell her I was a veteran and that was the price originally listed on thier website. I responded immediately to her with this information. Her response was slow and did not resolve the situation to my satisfaction, so I contacted Bill at this point and explaned the situation. The next day Andrew contacted with with a new price of $26,700. More then $500 difference, so I can assume they were aware they got caught playing games. I was satisfied with this but it does show at the minimum incompetence or at the worse deceit. Summary - This dealership was all over the place and it was like pulling teeth to get anything done. In the end, the truck was great and at a good price. I felt they were dishonest about the navigation as no salesperson can be that ignorant of a major option and I was clear on what I wanted. Two weeks to buy a truck online when I had cash... enough said. The sales team from the Bill on down needs more training. Would I of been treated this way if I showed up in person... answer is No, this deal would of been done in a day. Buy at your own risk and be ready to ride them daily to get things done and beware when they get lite on details or seem to not understand what you want. DO not trust them to act in your best interest, check and double check everything. More
